In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, the trustees of HERCT are committed to safeguarding the privacy of those who submit grant applications to us or receive grants.

Any information sent to the trust as part of an application, will only be used for that purpose and nothing else.

Any contact details held by the trust from organisations in receipt of a grant will be stored electronically along with any annual reports or correspondence relating to the grants.
